RE: APPLICATION FOR OFFICE ASSISTANT POSITION.
I take this opportunity to apply for the above stated-position in your Organization. I have a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a bachelor degree in Communication and Information Technology. As a supply chain manager in the former organization, my job included data entry and reconciliation of inventory, purchases and supplies accounts. These range of tasks helped to take my PC skills to the highest level. I am proficient in both deep and intermediate excel skills, such as Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Formulas. Testing and applying new approaches to complex issues will, therefore, not be a problem to me once in the organization.
My longstanding interaction with a variety of supply chains management tasks has helped me develop the ability to select and manage multiple tasks. I have great communication and interpersonal skills which will not only assist me in handling procedures required in mailings and requests for supplies in the company but also in creating positive connections with clients besides fostering teamwork. I believe in quality service because that is what every organization desires. I am energetic, honest, enthusiastic, and reliable. I am also a quick learner and self-driven individual, and that helps me to work even under pressure to meet tight time limits, either as an individual or as part of a team. I am equally hard-working, and I can prioritize workloads on a daily basis.
I trust that with the combination of my education, experience, and inspiration to shine, I will make a significant contribution to the Express Employment Professional’s desire to achieve its core objectives, in the position of office assistant. Meanwhile, I would like...
